If you are an incoming freshman to college this year then you may a tad bit nervous about diving into this wonderous pool of the unknown. Well, don’t worry. College can be so much fun, but it’s definitely as good as you make it. Go into it with an open mind and an optimistic mindset that this year is going to be amazing.

Well, in the race that this verse is talking about, it is much more complicated than a simple race or even a lap with hurdles. In life, not only are there hurdles, but there are potholes, trap doors, and ankle weights on you.

There were no “mean girls” situations or turning against one another with the ultimate betrayal. It just so happened that after graduation we learned that the only thing that we all had in common was the fact that we were stuck at the same school for 7 hours a day.

FIRST CONCERT EVER: I was so excited; the internal twelve year old kid inside me was screaming and, now that I think about it, so was my external twenty something year old adult.
Now, during my internal struggle over the past year of whether I wanted to start this blog or not, I was in prayer about it a lot and came up with the name Graceful Soul, Grateful Heart. It was my War Cry, Goal, and Mission Statement.
Nobody will know that I work there, but being a Christian isn't like that. There is no clocking out, taking a break, or lunch time. We are called to represent Christ at all times and in all that we do.
